How will changes in employment law affect the third sector?

As grantmakers, we need to be aware of how upcoming changes to employment law, such as changes to national insurance and employment rights, will affect the organisations we fund. Additionally, grantmakers who employ an executive could also be impacted.

Sarah Brown WS, a Law Society of Scotland accredited specialist in charity law, will give a presentation to attendees. Sarah has almost two decades of experience in the legal sector; she recently founded Sarah Brown Charity Law WS with a vision of creating a specialist law firm specifically for Scottish charities and voluntary organisations, providing access to expert legal advice, governance support and training that is both personalised and pragmatic. 

The event will be particularly useful for CEOs, Trustees, HR personnel and fundingofficers who liaise with organisations.
